On the occasion of the International Women's Day, March 8, 2023, the Trade Union of the Faculty of Management Sciences cooperated with the Trade Union III of the Head Office, the Union of the Faculty of International Studies, and the Union of the Faculty of Archives and Office Administration held a seminar on "Love from conflicts".

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Bui Thi Hong Thai - lecturer, psychological consultant - Faculty of Psychology, the speaker of the panel, exchanged the skills of listening, understanding and sharing in the family in solving the conflicts between husband and wife, children, etc. The most important thing is that family members must accept each other's differences, thereby helping family members understand each other better and love each other more.

The speaker shared about the patterns of attachment with parents in childhood that affect romantic relationships (with lovers, partners) in adulthood and exchanged behaviors and EQ tools to empathize with relatives, friends and colleagues.

In the practice part, the speaker gave psychological situations that arise in life that lead to "conflict" for participants to experience, share their negative emotions and swap roles to understand the negative emotions experienced by others, to empathize and encourage each other to overcome, and remove all "conflicts".
